Delivery of Your Products
•    HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES TRADING will initially serve Metro Manila customers only. Delivery time takes up at least seven (7)  working days from the date your payment is received or an email will be sent for an updated delivery schedule.
•    HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES TRADING will book Delivery from Warehouse to your preferred destination.  Corresponding delivery fee is shown upon check-out shall be shouldered by the customer. . No delivery time commitment 
•    These are subject to change without prior notice. We encourage you to visit the “Track my Order” section on our website to view the  order status of your Products. 
•    We will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation on the agreed delivery schedule  If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, you can have an authorized person to receive your Order provided he/she presents a valid ID or we will call you to arrange reschedule of your delivery. 
•    Delivery failure will incur additional cost that will be charged to Customer. Delivery of the Products does not normally include installation unless we expressly specify otherwise for a Product on our Site
•    We will ship to street addresses within the Metro Manila and selected areas in Rizal and Cavite provinces.
•    For your protection, a signature is required for deliveries.  The shipment will be handed only to the customer or authorized recipient  at the delivery address for signature. The customer should check the physical condition of the unit before signing the delivery receipt as this signed document will be proof of accepting the unit in good condition, any claims related to physical damage reported after acceptance will no longer be honored. 
•    We do not allow address changes after an order has been accepted. 
•    Delivery receipt will be provided after checking out the order via e-billing
